The West Sabine School District and the Tiger/Lady Tiger athletics would like to invite the community to join them for a night of fun and introductions. This Tiger Hoopla will be held in the West Sabine Gym. Festivities will kick off at 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 12th with $6 hamburger baskets being sold by the Tiger/Lady Tiger Athletic Boosters. The spirit rally will begin at 6:00 with all Junior High and High School basketball teams, cheerleaders, coaches and administrators being recognized. Teams will demonstrate special skills and drills and parents/fans are encouraged to participate in the fun and games. There will special contests in knockout, free throw shooting and half court shooting. All contests will cost $1 to enter and the winners will split the pot with the Booster Club. There will be basketball tee shirts on sale for $7. Come on out and join in the fun and help us kick off the 2009-2010 basketball season.

Lifetouch will be on WSHS campus on Friday, November 13 at 9AM to take photos of high school and junior high FALL sports teams as well as band, cheerleaders, class officers, class favorites and twirlers. Order forms will be sent home with students and are available in the high school front office. PLEASE bring your uniform and all the accessories to school on NOVEMBER 13 for the group photos. It is important for each team member or officer to be present for these photos!
